is unique as a job development and job placement firm. Our expertise
in working with employers allows us to not only identify jobs but we
can also “carve out” parts of jobs to create a new job. We can also
assist the vocational counselors to create on the job training
opportunities for our clients.
GSC uses a marketing approach with employers that has
allowed us to establish rapport and successful
placements. As a result, GSC had developed a job bank of
employers that welcome GSC clients as employees. We have
employers in many occupational groups and are developing
on-going relationships with employers regularly.
GSC expects our clients to gain the knowledge and
skills necessary to complete applications, interview,
and perform work functions associated with the job that
they accept. Our dedicated staff works closely with the
client, family, counselors and employers to insure that
we can affect a successful job placement.
